Refund Policy

Effective April 23, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to InStore Steals, operated by Jigged, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

No refunds. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund for any subscription period, including partial months.

The Service provides immediate access to live data upon payment. Because the value of the Service is delivered continuously from the moment you subscribe, all charges are considered earned at the time of billing.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • No refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.

Cancellation is self-service and takes effect instantly, no email required, no hold music, no retention calls.

3. Exceptions (Billing Errors Only)

We will issue a refund only in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged after you successfully canceled your subscription (billing error on our end).
  • You were charged more than once for the same billing period (duplicate charge).
  • A technical error on our end resulted in an incorrect charge amount.

To report a billing error, email support@instoresteals.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

4. Termination for Cause, No Refund

Important: If your account is terminated by us for violating our Terms of Service, including but not limited to abusive behavior, vulgar or hateful conduct in our Discord community, harassment, fraud, or any other violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining time on your subscription, and all unused credits or entitlements are forfeited.

This includes terminations for:

  • Violating community conduct rules (harassment, hate speech, vulgar language, threats, discrimination).
  • Scraping, redistributing, or reselling Service data.
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or limits.
  • Sharing account credentials or sign-in links with others.
  • Using the Service to build a competing product.
  • Any other violation of our Terms of Service.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that termination for cause forfeits any right to a refund, and you waive any claim for damages related to the termination.

5. Service Changes & Feature Modifications

We may add, modify, or remove features, tools, data sources, supported retailers, or coverage areas at any time. Changes to the Service, including the addition or removal of features, retailers, or functionality, do not entitle you to a refund or credit. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with any change is to cancel your subscription.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing at any time with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. A price increase does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

In the rare case a refund is approved (billing errors only):

  • Refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • We are not responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer may charge.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Contact us first. If you have a billing concern, please email support@instoresteals.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue (minimum 5 business days), we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend your account.
  • Permanently ban you from the Service and from creating future accounts.
  • Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees and costs incurred by us as a result of the chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks (disputing a legitimate charge you authorized) may also be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Free Access & Promotional Periods

If you received free or complimentary access (promotional period, comp grant, or trial), no refund applies because no payment was made. When free access ends, you must subscribe to continue. Free access does not entitle you to a paid subscription, and we may revoke free access at any time.
